Contractors and property owners may request the photography. OwEmG captures and organizes visible exterior imagery; a qualified contractor remains responsible for interpreting it and for any inspection, diagnosis, measurements, pricing, safety decisions, or repair recommendations.

The primary deliverable is high-resolution aerial photography of the visible roof and chimney exterior. Contractors can use it as a visual record, and property owners can share it with a qualified contractor for interpretation and recommendations.
